Das Advance Magazin berichtet in der Ausgabe 1/2011 über den MABEG Sheet Processor MSP 104.
Bei dem MSP 104 handelt es sich um eine hochpräszise Bogenhandlingstrecke, die zur Inspektion, Sortierung und Individualisierung von Druckbogen eingesetzt wird. Da zur Inspektion hochauflösende Zeilenkameras eingesetzt werden, ist die erreichbare Qualität direkt von der Laufruhe und Präzision des Systems abhängig. Die einzigartige Laufruhe des MABEG MSP 104 wird durch den Einsatz des Motion-Control-Systems Simotion D, des Antriebssystems Sinamics S120 und der 1FK7- Servomotoren erreicht. Gemeinsam mit Siemens ist MABEG damit das Setzen eines neuen technischen Meilensteines gelungen.

From the 14th to 17th February 2011, the Hunkeler Innovationdays 2011 took place in Luzern (Switzerland).On the Hunkeler booth, MABEG presented the new Sheet Stacker generation on a reel-to-sheet application. After unwind, the printed reel was exactly cut into sheets which then were delivered straight-edged into the MABEG Stacker. Apart from the established products Sheet Feeder, Reel Sheeter and Modular Inspection- and Individualization Systems, MABEG is planning to continuously extend the product range of Sheet Stackers.
