Whistleblower system

Dear colleagues, dear business partners,

MABEG Systems GmbH allows anyone who suspects or knows of illegal or unethical activities to contact an internal, outsourced and independent whistleblower system, and thus to help uncover breaches of rules.

Misconduct in the form of potential legal violations or acts harmful to the company, such as corruption, bribery, fraud, other criminal acts, child labour, slavery, lack of occupational safety, exploitation and discrimination, can be reported by employees in our company as well as our suppliers and service providers.

Whistleblowers will not suffer any disadvantages as a result. Reports can be made in German or English and, on request, also anonymously.

If you have actual reason to suspect misconduct and would like to report it, you can do so anonymously and in compliance with data protection regulations via the following internal, web-based link:

Reports may also be made to official external reporting bodies. These include:

  • The external reporting office of the Federal Office of Justice;

  • The external reporting offices of the respective federal state;

  • External reporting offices with specific competences, for example at the Federal Cartel Office.
