With the first delivered reel sheeter with register cut by watermark, MABEG created a new, highly specialized product line. This first standalone reel sheeter with a stacker is based on the MABEG reel sheeter for sheet offset printing machines, tried and tested more than 300 times. Reel sheeter RS 106 RC – RC for register cut – is equipped with a camera system with image analysis, able to read any existing watermark. With this system, sheets for banknote production or other uses can be cut not only by cutmarks, but also by the watermark itself. Of course...New large-sized sheet feeders format 185 for key customer in Asia delivered.

Since 1998, all service activities for the product range of company Georg Spiess GmbH, Gersthofen (Germany) were ensured and performed by company MABEG. During the recent years a large decrease of machinery thus a significantly decreasing demand for Spiess spare parts was recorded, which forced us to take action now.Enquired or ordered Spiess spare parts with given MABEG part number (7 digits: 5xxxxxxx) still can be supplied if available. Please note however that there will be no verification by MABEG any more whether or not the purchased spare part is correct and suitable for the Spiess product...
