Aachen-based AUG. HEINRIGS Druck+Verpackung GmbH, a member of the rlc packaging group, uses a MABEG MSP 106 for applications such as coding, serialisation and fingerprint technologies.

Neatly stacked sheets and clean and undamaged pallets save time and hard cash, because such sheets can be provided directly to the next processing step, e.g. to a converting machine or cutting equipment, without the need to be restacked.Being your specialist for sheet handling, MABEG supplies sheet stackers in proven high quality and with innovative functions.MABEG has expanded its sheet stacker product family to include the MST 2/57/78 model, a 50x70 small format stacker, suitable for sheet sizes up to 570 mm wide x 780 mm long.Individual adaptations to customer-specific requirements...

With the first delivered reel sheeter with register cut by watermark, MABEG created a new, highly specialized product line. This first standalone reel sheeter with a stacker is based on the MABEG reel sheeter  for sheet offset printing machines, tried and tested more than 300 times. Reel sheeter RS 106 RC – RC for register cut – is equipped with a camera system with image analysis, able to read any existing watermark. With this system, sheets for banknote production or other uses can be cut not only by cutmarks, but also by the watermark itself. Of course...

The entire MABEG team can look back on a very successful Drupa 2016.We would like to thank our customers and partners, and are very much looking forward to Drupa 2020.

Since 1998, all service activities for the product range of company Georg Spiess GmbH, Gersthofen (Germany) were ensured and performed by company MABEG. During the recent years a large decrease of machinery thus a significantly decreasing demand for Spiess spare parts was recorded, which forced us to take action now.Enquired or ordered Spiess spare parts with given MABEG part number (7 digits: 5xxxxxxx) still can be supplied if available. Please note however that there will be no verification by MABEG any more whether or not the purchased spare part is correct and suitable for the Spiess product...
